Our Armitage Livestock division sells over 10,000 bred females each year, both private treaty and through auctions. These are held ‘At The Ranch’ in spring, fall, and early winter. At these sales, you can find uniform sets of young females, while also offering A Bar Ranch bred heifers. These cattle are all bred and ready for turnout.

Every bred female and bred heifer we raise begins right here on the ranch. Our cow-calf operation has been carefully developed over generations, combining time-tested Angus genetics with hands-on management to produce cattle that strive in fertility, longevity, and uniformity. Knowing the genetics of our herd and what it is capable of producing we are able to market our weaned calves and bred heifers with predictability in mind. With a spring and fall herd it gives us the ability to market over 800 head of A Bar Ranch bred heifers through our Armitage Livestock auctions annually.
